I worked as a service journalism reporter covering personal finance for McClatchy. I reported on city hall at The Kansas City Star, focusing on equity stories, and joined The Star in January 2020 on the breaking news team. I previously interned at The Washington Post, The Indianapolis Star and The Kansas City Star.
